Rods ‘n’ Bars Orientation Program, Kerala

SRMB’s Rods ‘n’ Bars initiative is a chain of outlets dedicated to empowering customers in the process of buying steel. Expert civil engineers, with the help of UTMs (Universal Testing Machines), test the quality of steel in the presence of the customers.

Recently, SRMB extended this initiative to locations outside West Bengal. A Rods ‘n’ Bars orientation program was conducted in Kerala for some of the best contractors there. This outlet had conducted a couple of other contractor visits prior to this orientation. After the program, the sale at the concerned dealership has increased by 100% - a confirmation of the fact that honesty and quality assurance resonate with customers.
